- Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
- All perfumes and related products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
- This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, unopened, and unused product.
- Exceptional Cases
Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is completely different from the original order.
- The product is damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect upon delivery.
In such cases, customers must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide a photo showing the condition of the product and its packaging.
- Return the product in its original, unopened condition.
- Resolution Process
- Once the case is reviewed and approved, the product will be replaced with the correct item.
