1. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

• All perfumes and related products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
• This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, unopened, and unused product.

2. Exceptional Cases

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• The product received is completely different from the original order.
• The product is damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect upon delivery.

In such cases, customers must:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Provide a photo showing the condition of the product and its packaging.
• Return the product in its original, unopened condition.

3. Resolution Process

• Once the case is reviewed and approved, the product will be replaced with the correct item.
• No refunds will be issued; exchanges only.
