PERFUME DESCRIPTION.
As the name suggests, Ardent is a passionate, glowing perfume, with cindered roses and beeswax at its heart. A touch of carrot seed and coriander in the top hints at a green salted iris.
Ardent feels like a night rose, smouldering and voluptuous with Hedione-soaked jasmine imparting a sparkling whoosh of nostalgia to the tremulous heart. It smells like a love poem, so much surging romance in base blend of oud, musky amber, patchouli and orchidaceous vanilla.
Benzoin in the base has an aroma of honeyed almonds, air-dried tobacco and a hint of clove. Mixed with labdanum, an earthy dirty-sweet herbaceous material; the two notes adorn the stormy roses in the seductive heart of Ardent. The romantic forces in this most beautiful of perfumes are hard to resist and for those who wish to wear their hearts on their skin, this is only perfume to wear.
